The Prophet (peace be upon him) invoked the curse of Allah on ten people in connection with wine:
1. the wine-presser,
2. the one who has it pressed,
3. the one who drinks it,
4. the one who conveys it,
5. the one to whom it is conveyed,
6. the one who serves it,
7. the one who sells it,
8. the one who benefits from the price paid for it,
9. the one who buys it, and
10. the one for whom it is bought.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2776 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik
'He who amongst you sees something abominable should modify it with the help of his hand;
and if he has not strength enough to do that, then he should do it with his tongue;
and if he has not strength enough to do even that, then he should (at least abhor it) from his heart; and that is the least of faith

'When it occurs to My bondsman that he should do a good deed but he actually does not do it,
I record one good deed for him, but if he puts it into practice, I make an entry of ten good acts in his favour.
When it occurs to him to do evil, but he does not commit it, I forgive that. But if he commits it, I record one evil deed against his name.'

Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:
can women use Perfume or Scent (It`r)?
(There may be some grammatical and spelling errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from questions, comments and statements received from our readers for circulation in confidentiality.)
Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: can women use Perfume or Scent (It`r)?
The applying of perfume was an act absolutely loved by the Messenger of Allah (saws); and he highly recommended and encouraged its use to the believers.
Abu Hurairah (r.a.) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "If someone offers perfume, do not reject it, for it is light to carry and has a sweet scent."
Related by Muslim, an-Nasa'i and Abu Dawud.
Thus the applying of perfume is highly recommended for the believers; men and women.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 4443 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "The perfume for men is that whose odour is apparent but whose colour is hidden, and the perfume for women is that whose colour is apparent but whose odour is hidden.
A believing woman may apply as much perfume as she wills when in the company of women, or her husband, or her male mehram relatives. But if she plans to go out in the presence of or pass by non-mehram men, she should not apply perfume whose odour may attract the attention of the other men towards her.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 1065 Narrated by Abu Musa
Allah's Messenger (saws) said: 'Every eye is lustful, and when a woman applies perfume and then goes about in an assembly, she is like such and such, i.e. an adulteress.'
Sunan of Abu- Dawood Hadith 4161 Narrated by Abu Musa
The Prophet (saws) said: 'If a woman uses perfume and passes the people so that they may get its odour, she is so-and-so…., (meaning severe remarks).'
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 24 Surah Noor verse 31:
31 And (O Prophet (saws)) say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof ; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands their fathers their husbands' fathers their sons their husbands' sons their brothers or their brothers' sons or their sisters' sons or their women or the slaves whom their right hands possess or male servants free of physical needs or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! Turn ye all together towards Allah that ye may attain Bliss.
Beloved brother, the All-Knowing All-Wise Lord has so willed to protect the modesty and honor of the believing woman from being abused, that He and His Messenger (saws) have commanded and guided the believing woman who happens to pass by non- mehram men to not only lower her gaze, guard her modesty, hide her adornments and ornaments of beauty, but to make sure that she does not even strike her feet to draw attention to her hidden ornaments, nor that her applied perfume attracts the unwanted attention of non- mehram men! That is how sacred, and hallow, and sacrosanct the honor of the believing woman is held in the Sight of the Majestic Lord.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah's Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

'Do you know what is backbiting?'
They (the Companions) said: 'Allah and His Messenger (saws) know best.' Thereupon he (the Prophet (peace be upon him)) said:
'Backbiting implies your talking about your brother (behind his back) in a manner which he does not like.'
It was said to him: 'What is your opinion about this that if I actually find (that failing) in my brother which I made a mention of?'
He (peace be upon him) said: 'If (that failing) is actually found (in him) what you assert, you in fact backbitten him, and if that is not in him it is a slander.'

"Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise . And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person (in the Sight of Allah). Falsehood leads to 'Al-Fajur' (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and 'Al-Fajur ' (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar."

"O Allah, forgive them for they are a people who know not (the Truth)!!!'
He whom The Lord of the Worlds Wills to honor, none in creation can dishonor; and he whom The Lord of the Worlds Wills to dishonor, none in creation can save them from their utter humiliation! If every single human being on this planet earth were to strive to tarnish the image of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when The Lord of the Worlds has Himself chosen to honor him…. his blessed image cannot and will not be tarnished in the least !
"Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house wherein there is a dog or a picture of a living creature (a human being or an animal)."

Drawing pictures
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.834 Narrated by Muslim
We were with Masruq at the house of Yasar bin Numair. Masruq saw pictures on his terrace and said, "I heard 'Abdullah saying that he heard the Prophet (saws ) saying, "The people who will receive the severest punishment from Allah will be the picture makers.' "
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.448 Narrated by Abu Talha
I heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) saying; "Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house wherein there is a dog or a picture of a living creature (a human being or an animal)."
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 3.428 Narrated by Said bin Abu Al Hasan
While I was with Ibn 'Abbas a man came and said, "O father of 'Abbas! My sustenance is from my manual profession and I make these pictures." Ibn 'Abbas said, "I will tell you only what I heard from Allah's Messenger (saws). I heard him saying, 'Whoever makes a picture will be punished by Allah till he puts life in it, and he will never be able to put life in it. ' " Hearing this, that man heaved a sigh and his face turned pale. Ibn 'Abbas said to him, "What a pity! If you insist on making pictures , I advise you to make pictures of trees and any other unanimated objects."
The Messenger of Allah (saws) specifically declared it forbidden to draw pictures of humans or animate objects, thus the believers must abstain from it regardless of whether it is faceless or with face, with body or without body, etc. That would be closest to following the commandment of the Messenger of Allah (saws).
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah's Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

"'Riba' has seventy parts, the least important being that a man should marry his mother."
The above quotation was said by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2826 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah
A simplistic definition of Riba would be: any fixed increase in the exchange of one's wealth or property or commodity within a stipulated period of time will be considered ' riba' in Shariah(Islamic law).
An increase in the commodity exchanged in itself would definitely be 'riba'. It there is even an iota of injustice suffered in the exchange of a commodity by a condition attached whereby it being increased unjustly, it would constitute ' riba'.
A fixed guaranteed increase over a stipulated period of time is what constitutes a 'riba' transaction.
Any deal or transaction where the same commodity is exchanged with an increase (regardless of the percentage) within a stipulated period of time would make it a ' riba' transaction
Riba' is Usury , and interest is only one of the faces of Riba. Riba has a much broader and wider meaning, and the closest English word for it would be Usury .
"A time is certainly coming to mankind when only the receiver of usury will remain, and if he does not receive it, some of its vapor (or dust) will reach him."
