The rights of the road

"Beware! Avoid sitting on the roads." 

They (the people) said, "O Allah's Messenger! We can't help sitting (on the roads) as these are (our places) here we have talks."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, ' lf you refuse but to sit, then pay the road its right '

They said, "What is the right of the road, O Allah's Apostle?"

He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, 'Lowering your gaze, refraining from harming others, returning greeting, and enjoining what is good, and forbidding what is evil."

Your neighbor..

"By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe!"  

It was asked, "Who is that, O Messenger of Allah?" 

 

Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said , "That person whose neighbor does not feel safe from his evil." and in another narration the wordings are; "that person who sleeps with a bellyful and his neighbor sleeps hungry."

The best wife

When Allah's Messenger (saws) was asked which woman was best, he (peace and blessing be upon him) replied,

 

"The one who pleases (her husband) when he looks at her, obeys him when he gives a (lawful) command, and does not go against his wishes regarding her person or property by doing anything of which he disapproves."

3 types of people

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Allah said, 'I will be an opponent to three types of people on the Day of Resurrection:

One who makes a covenant in My Name, but proves treacherous; One who sells a free person and eats his price; and One who employs a laborer and takes full work from him but does not pay him for his labour.' "

The wolf

'Verily the Shaytaan is the enemy of a man just as the wolf is (the enemy) of a flock. He seizes the solitary sheep going astray from the flock or going aside from the flock.   So avoid the branching paths; it is essential for you to remain along with the (righteous) community.'
